I've got the bug
The "selling things" bug.

So far this year, I have sold a printer, a mobile phone and I'm about to sell a spare external modem. How good is that!?

---------------------------------

Last night was the first "thunderstorm" for a fair while. I say that in inverted commas, because there was only about 2 rumbles of thunder, one flash or lightning and 4 drops of rain!!

But the weather is cooling down and starting to get towards what Autumn/Winter is supposed to be like.

I doubt Winter in Australia will ever be like it used to be when I was a kid. Winter, these days, is much warmer and not as wild and stormy as it used to be.

Days like this.
How odd can you get. I woke up this morning, my back was killing me (which it always does) I could just roll over to the side of the bed to get out. I had a headache (from the cold) which kind of went away after a while. But I've still not been feeling the best (cold headaches usually take it out of me) all day but I'm feeling good (happy, still got a "spring in my step" etc) ... feeling a bit warm up here (upstairs at work) but that's nothing I've been here done it before :-)

Things are wonderful :-)

the Comedy Festival (Melbourne)
Well, it is over (for us) for another year. We only saw two acts this year; Lano & Woodley and Greg Fleet. We had a pretty good time in Melb. :)

I've found my "sweet tooth" again ..... custard danish. I love them. I am hoping somewhere either in this town or where I grew up (approx 50kms away) makes them like down in Melb. I never thought I'd say this about Melbourne, but I can't wait to get back down there for some more Danish *LOL*

I'm hooked on Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman books again. I'm itching to buy more of their books. I can't get enough of them.

... printer.
Yay, I got a new printer today, an Epson Stylus C43UX. It's so good to have a printer again, and a good colour one at that!

World of Warcraft
... it really does take over your life!

Question of the month: How do you like your coffee (or tea)?

Myth: Housework. Once it's done, you can sit down and have a rest.

About me...
At the beginning of 2001 I moved to a little country town in the middle of Victoria (Australia) about 65kms from the town I was born and grew up in. It's a fairly peaceful historic town nestled at the foot of the Strathbogie Ranges. I live here with my husband in a house we bought in 2002. When we have the time and money we paint parts of the house, do some more gardening, and workout what renovations we can do to the house next... and also try to keep up with each day as it passes.
Messages ...
If I can find something similar to tagboard on the net that is customisable, I will put it here. Any ideas you can put my way?.
