*bliss*
Well, we've managed to be online for a whole 4 hours straight *LOL* for the first time in I don't know how long. It's so good to be on the net again. The best way to relax (well, for me anyway).
We were going to Melbourne this morning, but didn't sleep well, and thought we don't really have the money, and the weekend will go before we know what's happening. Sooo, we stayed home. Best thing we could have done this weekend.
I washed the dining room walls down with selly's sugar soap last night, they're looking good. Maybe (if we can fight the laziness) we'll paint tomorrow morning/arvo.
Monday I'd like to go to Shepp, maybe check out some curtains; the type that helps to hold the heat in your house and stops ppl seeing in at night. we've got rather nice lace ones up at the moment, they were left by the previous tenants. But now that we're seeing what Winter is like in our home, it's a weee bit too chilly.
We've got green around our little white and blue cottage now. We're up to our eyeballs (literally!) in bulbs, they've gone apeshit. Some of their leaves are over 5 and a half foot tall!
Can't wait for the warmer weather to happen, so we can pull another couple of trees out and continue changing our garden to what we want, should be good :)
Anyway, I've waffled enough for the moment, off to get a hot milo and then have a game. Night all.

me...
At the beginning of 2001
I moved to a little country town in the middle
of Victoria (Australia) about 65kms from the
town I was born and grew up in. It's a fairly
peaceful historic town nestled at the foot of
the Strathbogie Ranges. I live here with my
husband in a house we bought in 2002.
When we have the time and money we paint parts of the house,
do some more gardening, and workout what renovations we can do to the house next...
and also try to keep up with each day as it passes.
